A low-ABV cider bursting with fun, juicy flavours of watermelon, bubblegum, grape, spice, and fruit. It’s sweet, vibrant, and balanced for an easy-drinking experience that’s sure to surprise and delight.

The Backstory: This cider’s journey began with high hopes for a sweet and tart cherry co-ferment. While the initial result was pleasant, it didn’t quite reach the complexity I had envisioned. But as all great adventures go, unexpected turns can lead to something even more exciting.

Inspired by experimenting with Amaro Montenegro cocktails, I decided to take this cider in a new direction. I introduced a second, brief ferment, infusing it with vanilla, true cinnamon, citrus peel, hops, and elderflowers. At first, the result was exactly the symphony of flavours I was after. But as time passed, the cider developed in surprising ways, and its personality began to shift again.

After a few days of soaking in these botanicals, a whole new flavor profile emerged—playful and unexpected. Suddenly, I realized: this cider wanted to be a bubblegum and grape bomb! So, with a touch of fresh-pressed juice and a final adjustment to the acidity, the transformation was complete. We hope you enjoy it!
