Beginning with a base of beautiful Golden Delicious apples, and some new yeast, we added some azzaca hops, a bounty of freshly fallen magnolia flower petals and a bit of juicy mango. There is a bracing, hoppy, flowery bitterness, buoyed by fresh blueberry juice that releases into the flavourful experience of a tropical garden. We finished it off with some fresh blueberry juice for colour, to enhance the florality of the cider and to cut the bitterness enough to maximize enjoyment. The lower ABV on this cider may also come as a refreshing surprise, remaining full bodied and sophisticated while simultaneously being an easy sipper.
