This single-varietal cider is crafted from hand-picked local Gravenstein apples, a traditional heirloom variety that is only available in season. Dry fermented Gravenstein juice was carefully blended with freshly pressed Gravenstein juice to produce this elegant pale-hued cider with the crisp apple flavour and fresh apple aroma that celebrates this treasured apple.
