Red Sky

This is our version Canada’s first Cider Appellation, a designation that identifies ciders made in Nova Scotia, using locally grown apples and adhering to specific quality standards.

Crisp, bright and refreshing, our 2024 Red Sky offering is the ideal representative of what Nova Scotia apples are all about. Green apple forward with notes of honey, pear, some minerality and stone fruit, its exquisite body and long, bright finish make Red Sky a delight to drink.
