Something Different: Berry Go-Round

Raspberry leading with hints of lavender and tropical fruit, Berry Go-Round is a cider punch! Built on a base of Geneva crabapple, raspberry, and lavender, cool-fermented together and blended with wild-type fermented Golden Russet cider, this one layers complexity with ease. Extra hops and fresh raspberry juice were added for sweetness, while a splash of Pip Hop Seyval rounds things out with added body.

Fruit-forward and full of character, it’s a playful spring sipper—best enjoyed between showers, stretched out on a chaise longue. Sunglasses optional, but strongly encouraged.
