This cider-wine hybrid delivers a bold and complex experience, combining classic local Heirloom apples and wine grapes. The juice of Cox’s Orange Pippin was cold fermented on two tons of Marechal Foch grapes for several weeks producing an enigmatic, cider wine rich with grape juice aroma and flavours. This was then combined with a hot ferment of Arctic Kiwis, and some elegant, tree-ripened Cortland juice sourced from Waterville. The result is a beautifully layered cider-wine that balances the rich flavors of Nova Scotian apples and wine grapes with tropical kiwi undertones. Bold, complex, and delightfully unique, this cider will intrigue and satisfy those looking for a fresh, adventurous drinking experience.
