Hibiscus Gin(ger) Fizz 

While it’s a bit more of a subtle cider, Hibiscus (Gin)ger still has layers. Apple juice co-fermented with gin botanicals like juniper, ossia root, orange peel and angelica, and then combined with an hibiscus ginger shrub, which is like a little fermented concoction of, you guessed it, hibiscus and ginger. The fruitiness of the botanicals and hibiscus provide a very pleasant and subdued citrusy background for a very relaxed cider and mingle nicely with undertones of florality. Unlike many of our other co-ferments, the apple shines here, which is a blend of Northern Spy and Jonared.
