This multi-layered cider includes local, Greenwich grown Ribston Pippin apples (an heirloom cider jam-packed with complex, bright flavours), Nelson Sauvin Hops (contributing some tropical and citrus flavours along with a subtle hop bite), and crushed Seyval grapes from our partners at Lost Bell. So putting it all together Pip (from Ribston Pippin) Hop (from the Hops) Seyval (pretty self explanatory): Pip Hop Seyval. So what are you going to taste? Punchy complex citrus flavours with some tropical fruit, and a nice sweet/sour balance, with that terpeney hop on the finish. It’s fun, but sophisticated and sure to intrigue the senses..
